Hi, I’m Alex and I’m currently following a diet that’s low in histamines and vasoactive amines. I’ve found lots of different advice out there on what is and is not ok to eat, and it’s been quite confusing. I’ve been compiling a list of recipes which have worked for me and avoid all my triggers. I’ve tried really hard to include variety and lots of tasty things even though there’s so much I can’t eat. Everyone has different levels of histamine tolerance, so I’m just writing about what works for me. I hope you find something you enjoy!
